Framed art prints

It is really nice when you see your artwork in frames. I decided it was about time to display some of my illustrations in my apartment. I framed two of my illustrations 'What a smacker' and 'You are lovely'.

I framed these myself using a purple frame I bought from Urban Outfitters and a black frame I bought from Dunnes Stores. In the first photo I included some of my inspiration a Charlie Harper notebook and 'This is for you'  Rob Ryan book. Also included is my lovely shaker box that I made in secondary school for my leaving certificate final project. :)

Retro Flowers

'Retro Flowers' is another invitation idea, I am really getting into this! I'm enjoying working with vector shapes and patterns. I decided a fun colour palette would be suitable for this design.

Check out the iPhone and Laptop cases, I hope you like them!

The elephants with the heart of hearts

This is my first illustration of 2012 titled 'The elephants with the heart of hearts'

I have been working on some ideas for wedding invitations for my two good friends. I decided I will do a few different illustrations, so that the couple have a choice to pick from. I want the artwork to be romantic and fun as I feel it is important to represent the lovely couple. Anyway this is one design I have completed so far., there are a few more to come!

Scavenger

Griffon Vulture
I decided to work on an art print suitable for male and female! A lot of my prints are quite feminine in colour and subject. So instead of drawing a nice little Robin red breast I drew a vulture and used a dark background to set the mood :-)

Japanese Geisha Character

Japanese Geisha Character is my first Illustration from 2009, again this piece is inspired by Japanese movies and books.

Japanese Geisha

This is Illustration I worked on in 2009. I was inspired by watching a lot of Japanese movies and reading books on Japanese art. I'm still quite fond of this piece as it was one of my first Illustration drawings after many years of exploring different fields.

Superheroes SF - Lady Ice available to buy from Gawker Artists Shop

I am delighted to let you know that Gawker Artists has selected my Print "Superheroes SF" to be included in the io9 collection of the Gawker Artists Shop.

I designed this Illustration to contribute to Superheroes SF group art show, a collaboration between D-Structure and Society6. The organisers will select their favorite pieces and they will be displayed for a group show at the D-Structure gallery San Francisco, May 2011.

Superheroes SF - Lady Ice is one mean demon/monster slaying biatchhh!! Her Ice power will freeze and squeeze you to death. She carries a laser gun around just for show! So be aware baddies, Lady Ice is on the loose! :o)
